We value every customer and strive to provide customers with satisfied products and services. Customers must read this Refund Policy carefully. Customers should familiarize themselves with the terms of this Refund Policy before purchasing VIDNOZ's services. Customers use the services provided by VIDNOZ to indicate that they have read, understood, and agreed to VIDNOZ's Refund Policy.
We provide 1-month (monthly deduction) and 1-year (yearly deduction) subscription plans. We provide 7-day full Money Back Guarantee for 1-year subscription. Refund requests for a 1-month subscription will not be accepted. The subscription will be canceled accordingly upon the receiving of the refund request. Once a refund is issued, customers cannot use the product and service any more.
Customers can cancel a subscription at any time. When canceling a subscription, all future charges associated with this subscription will be canceled. Customers may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund; however your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current billing period.
To ensure that customers have enough time to evaluate whether the purchased product and service meet their needs, we provide 7-day full money back guarantee for 1-year subscription plans. Refund request will be approved within this guarantee only if the refund request is submitted within the subscription's specified money-back-guarantee period. If a refund request is not submitted within the subscription's specified money-back-guarantee period, no full refund will be issued. When we issue a partial refund, we will calculate the total fees of used subscription months and only refund the amount for the left unused subscription months. Kindly note that the partial refund amount will be calculated on a monthly basis. For any month used the subscription for less than one month will be counted as one month.
If a refund request due to technical trouble of the purchased product and service, and no solution has been provided within 30 days. In this case, we can pause the subscription to wait for future upgrade. This will pause future subscription payments for this payee until we manually resume the subscription. Or we can refund the left unused subscription months if the customer doesn't want to wait for a future upgrade. However, we hope customers can cooperate with our support team to troubleshoot the problem by providing detailed descriptions and information regarding the problem, and also applying the solutions provided by our support team.
Time duration consumed: If you have utilized Vidnoz AI for video generation and have already exhausted the allocated video duration included in your package, please be informed that we do not offer refunds for this utilization.
Poor Quality Inputs: If after manually reviewing your input images we find that they don't meet the criteria for successful AI pictures, we're not obligated to refund your money. We may, however, offer to redo the AI photos while clarifying the requirements for the uploaded images.
Partial Satisfaction: Liking some, but not all, of the AI-generated photos does not qualify for a refund. As is typical with AI-generated images, some may meet your expectations, while others may not. Errors in some images do not make your order eligible for a refund.
Downloading Images: Once you've downloaded the AI headshots generated using Vidnoz AI, we consider them as accepted by you. Thus, your order will not be eligible for a refund. You can preview all of your AI-generated pictures prior to downloading.
We will review and respond to refund requests, based on this policy, within 1-3 business days. If your refund is approved, the funds should be back on your card within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during purchase; we cannot refund to a different account.
If there is any question about your order and subscription, please contact us and provide us with the detailed information and the relief you seek. We will do our best to solve it to your satisfaction. If a formal chargeback was submitted directly before contacting us, we have the right to terminate the user's use of our products and services permanently.

Vidnoz, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. We will inform you of any change to your Subscription fees in advance to allow you to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective. Any Subscription fee change will become effective immediately upon publishing, or, if you have an active Subscription, at the end of your then-current Billing Cycle.
Your continued use of a Subscription after a Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the revised Subscription fee amount.
